how do u put ps1 games on firmware 3.11, cuz it supose to
b compatible with this ver, in it.

put iso in game folder, ran game but comes up with "MUST ACTIVATE THE SYSTEM FIRST".

would b glad 4 some help plz.

it says that when you start the psx emulation? sounds like it could be the psx iso.

so how do i solve this problem then.

if you want to run umd isos on your psp 3.11 i think you have to create a folder called ISO in the root of your memory stick and put a umd disk in when you try to run the game

now ... if you want to run psx games the only thing that worked for me was .. i used autopopstationgui to create the eboot.pbp and key files from the iso
then i created a folder within the psp/game folder so this is how it looks now ... psp/game/psx i put the files into that folder and that was it .. it worked

Sorry, but with a normal PSP firmware, you can only play eboot'ed PSP isos from SONY none of your personal collection will work.

Wow, for real? Sony's really trying to boost their sales in the system wars huh. I mean why should you have to go out and purchase another copy of a game you already own.

But yeah...Fire surfer, maybe snoop around the official playstation site to see if it mentions anything on how to play psx games on 3.11

it doesn't, the only way is to buy their copies of a limited selection of games.

Supeshay91 is right you cannot play any of your personal collection on a normal firware. i had 3.11 for a few months and i can tell you i tryed even thing to make it work but faild do the same thing as me trad you psp! and get an other one!
