What is needed to downgrade a 3.10? Is it possible/safe.

Like I said in the question I have a 3.10 and want to downgrade so I can play iso. games, what do I need and how safe is it?

You read right the first time, wasnt a typo. There is no downgrader for 3.10 at the moment.
However, you can purchase a mod chip or a motherboard with downgradeable firmware
