Is it Possible to downgrade a psp running version 2.81

Can anyone tell me if its possible to downgrade a psp running firmware version 2.81 with the TA-082 motherboard to 1.50 and then to any other oe version?
If so, can you supply a link or notes on how to properly do it.

you can do it, but only if you have an old copy of GTA Liberty City Stories
