Ok, I got some help from DarkPM wich was awesomely helpful but like an exhausted retard closed the window b4 saving what he wrote. However. I am at step 9. Everything shows up in my memory stick in the game file. I ran GTA and it loads saved game... Ok so there is an other option. I used the 303dg.rar file and took the hen_303 file and placed it in place of my saved stuff in saveddata. still loading game. I am wondering if I have coppied wrong data. I will break down what I have done.

1. upgraded to 3.03
2. put game files from the 303dg.rar file onto PSP/GAME
3. added 1.50 ie update.pbp to the update file. "psp/game/update" and if I am correct It sould be joined by the eboot.pbp file from the 303dg.rar file right?

aha ~ it looks just perfect up until the HEN part. You don't put the HEN folder in the SAVEDATA folder. Instead, you put the HEN 303 "next to" (not inside) the game folder and then get the 3 SAVEDATA files out of the 303dg.rar archive and put them in the SAVEDATA folder on the memory stick.

You're close ;)
