3.03OE-C XMB

my question is that i download this really cool windows xp theme xmb . how do i get into my psp? i have 3.03OE-C and o heard that that is the best firmware for getting new xmbs. can someone help.

Once again, found that on the first page of the tutorial section.
I highly suggest not using any programs and doing it all manually. You have a greater chance of bricking if you use a program then you do manually flashing flash0.

I would suggest taking a look at the clear some flash0 space tutorial in the tutorials section as well before proceeding with any custom xmb modifications. Just because if you run out of flash0 space you will brick your psp.

if u get Flash Agent it clears up Flash space for u, and yes DL they themes and put the top_menu_plugin.rco into Flash0.
U can also customize they names of things on ur XMB with RCO EDITOR.

Entering Flash0: hold R botton wen u turn on ur psp/ Advanced/ Flash0, (usb enabled)
from there click VSH then RESORS (or sumthin pretty close to that, just read the tutorial, it will tell u everything)

u can also madify pretty much everything else: waves, Font, backgrounds, battery, volume bar, click sounds, gameboots, coldboots, the possibilities arnt endless but they go pretty far,

AND U CAN DO XMB CUSTOMIZATIONS WITH 3.40 oe-a (u jst need to convert the top_menu)
