Firmware help

I currently have 2.82 on my PSP and am totally new to homebrew.

I did some searches and it looks like there is not currently a 2.82 -> 1.50 downgrader or anything of the sort.

I see lots of 3.50 to 1.5 downgraders, so if I was to upgrade my PSP to 3.50 and then downgrade to 1.50 would I be able to enjoy the fruits of everyones homebrew labour?

Thanks a lot.

also, what games are there that natively run on 2.82 w/o giving a "data is corrupted and game is unable to launch." crap?

Thanks again.
