GTA CD help!

(GTA Cheat Device)
it works on my UMD of GTA lcs, but not on my ISO of GTA vcs, so wats the problem?, does it only aply to a UMD?

I'm pretty sure that in order to use it with iso/ umd you will need to reinstall the cheat device. I can't confirm that though. Also, the iso may be a patched version and not work for that reason alone.

well its installed, ill try a diffrent iso later

I'd reinstall it for each new format you use. If you switch from umd to iso I'd reinstall the cheat device. Then again, I don't know why you'd use it on a memory stick when you have the umd... but that's just me lol

why i would use wat on the mem. stick? GTA vcs as an iso?, simply cuz i dont own it, lol

You just said you have the UMD of GTA:LCS!!? That's what he meant.

ooo I see. He didn't know you said you have LCS as a UMD and VCS as an iso. The reason it doesn't work is because the cheat device is for LCS only! XD I think.... Don't quote me on it though.

lol, chill man. its for vcs and lcs, plus i got it to work...but then realized how i dont even like vice city and deleted the iso...so it works but im not going to use it, lol sry for the confusion.

There isn't a universal cheat device for both GTA games... so idk what you be talkin bout foo ~ but yea, the wording of the first post got me confused.

yea there is, its just a homebrew app, wen u start it up it sez install to GTA vcs or GTA lsc etc....its not CW the name is simply GTA Cheat Device and its only for 3.03 oe-c (i got it from here)

heres the one i gave to pacman over msn earlier (worked great on his i might add) dont know if its the same version as yours but you can give it a shot...by the way its specifically for 3.03 oe-c so if your on a diff firmware you might want to get to that one.
