How do you turn on the WLAN Switch?

I am trying to connect to the internet, i get a message stating that my WLAN switch is turn off. HOw do you turn it back on?

I couldn't agree more. I know when we first handled a psp....NONE of us knew how to turn the thing on/off lol. You guys know I'm right.
