hi guys when i downgrade the ta-082 to 1.50 then upgrade to the latest custom firmware will it be able to play all games or is it limited

upgrade to a CFW (like M33 3.53-update 4) then yes. And plus more. no limits.

Well, i would suggest upgrading to custom firmware because it combines 1.50 and whichever firmware you choose to upgrade to together so you can get the best of both worlds. There are also a lot more features and developments for custom firmware.

Anyways, upgrade to 3.40 oe-a or 3.52 M33.
