is there any psp homebrew app that will let me play .avi and .mpg on my psp without converting

No. I know this isnt the answer you want but you havw to convert. This thing converter is FAST. Staxx showed me it. or newspspdude. one of those 2. Easy to use and can also convert to Ipod too. It has an ipod icon but dont worry.

From everything I read about PSP avi players, they suck. They don't work well and only accept certain resolutions and stuff. Very picky programs. You're better off just converting the video to the stock supported formats since you would have to convert the video's resolution anyway.

the psplayer is a good app i used to use it my self but ow i just use remote play
