Halo Game

That game doesn't install as ordinary homebrew. There should be a file that is bundled with it called "readme.txt". Read that, it should tell you how to install the game properly. Keep in mind that the game is not "halo" - it's just a game that kinda looks like it lol.

be cool though if someone came alond and worked their butts off and made a "real" halo game. Like where the graphics looks real almost(like xbox version if you know what i mean) and you can connect to other psp owners of the game

sorry to break it to you, but you need either 1.5O, or Custom firmware to play any sort of homebrew, emulators, cso's etc.
