i think i semi bricked

my psp its version 3.52 m33 and i think its what u call semi-bricked. basically i turn it from haard reset and the green light gos on and the sreen flases a grey colour then nothing happens. it stays blank. the only was to get in is to go into recovery (flash0) then exit and it takes me to the normal menu photo music vidio ect menu. but his is annoying as i want to turn it on and be there

Did you upgrade strait to 3.52 M33-4? If not, I suggest you upgrade to the most current revision, if you did I suggest you to reflash 3.52M33-1 to your psp then flash each one individually until you get to 4.
If neither is the case, try stickin a different cfw or reflash the one you have now. That's what I would do first. Then if it still persists, I would figure out something is really wrong :p

i wud reccommend u go to 3.40oea as 3.52M33 became a bit irratating to flash and redirect the gameboots

I think you should go to 3.40 OE-A also, But If you like M33 you could just flash it, and problem solved.
