How to compile LUA?

Hello,
I havent been able to release any games that i have made in lua yet because i cannot compile them and make an eboot.. can someone please tell me how to do so. if you cant send links just PM me with the links thanks

You may need to create project files depending your complier, or whatever which one it uses for building the library, the interpreter, and the compiler.
