well to play your cso backups you need Custom firmware. First you need to downgrade to Firmware 1.50 using pandoras battery then upgrade to any custom firmware. http://www.pspbrew.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9208 to make the pandora battery.

put the cso file in PSP/ISO folder. if it doesnt run u problary have a bad cso.
