Well i have 2 suggestions..........1 format your memory stick USING A COMPUTER
or 2 (if that doesnt fix it.which it should) use pandora and then upgrade back to 3.52M33-4......Idk why that would help but it MAY be a software issue.

Ok well I used the installer in my own PSP but before I downgraded it "bricked" my mem stick and I already have 3.52 M33-4 and the mem stick was a 2GB which cost be a lot

I chose the selection "press L+X to install ms0:/MSIPL.BIN to the memstick

Does that help?

And how can I format on the computer?

right click ur stick and press the format. You will lose all the data stored but it will save you the $ for another stick

try putting the stick inside the psp and plug in the USB. See if it pulls up there

Yeah I tried that, my PSP thinks that there is no mem stick inserted into it, but the mem stick light keeps flashing on and off.

Ouch. so is there a way you can put your mem stick in your computer or something? some computers have slots to put in different memory cards.

My PSP act EXACTLY as if there is no mem stick in it ONLY except for the fact that the mem stick light flashes on and off

Like the first response stated...it does that cause its a jigstick and needs to be formatted. This is why its suggested to use a 32mb or 64mb mem stick. You can format it with your computer and you should be able to format it using your psp as far as im aware of.
