CFW question

Ok I have a psp slim with OFW 3.71 (3.72 just came out in america) I want to upgrade to 3.72 CFW when it comes out. Is there anything I need to do to do that? And I dont have another psp just this one.

You will need to downgrad which requires a pandoras battery and magic mem stick. you can either make one your self by opening up your battery and use some soldering skills
make one by using a psp with custom firmware or 1.50 on it
or buy one off ebay.
or you could get another motherboard with a different firmware installed on it that you can downgrade, or one with custom firmware on it. Then you can upgrade to 3.72 M33 once you downgrade.

So I can't upgrade to a custom firmware without those. If I can't then I'm just going to continue using OFW.

yea, in order to upgrade to CFW, you need to downgrade to 1.50. the pandoras battery is fairly easy to make.

But I heard that the psp slim doesn't surport 1.50 firmware.
