adding to what everyone said, nice job and I just added your tutorial to the read before you post section. If you no longer have to do that, fill me in and I'll take it out.

thanks Aesoprock its really appreciated :) . Try the new page front page im working on: http://www.pspbrew.com/index.php

So heres what i did I checked the developers files. The developer file said:

"PSP/GAME/NEOCDPSP/
(or any others directory since v0.5)
+ EBOOT.PBP
+ STARTUP.BIN
+ loading.bmp
+ logo.bmp
+ NEOCD.BIN (BIOS)

Games can be zipped or unzipped.
Music in mp3 format have to be in a "neocd.mp3" subfolder."

it also said:

* Directory independant, you only have to put the whole files & bios in the same dir
(no "/PSP/GAME/NEOCDPSP" directory only anymore)

Now the Pack comes with everything BUT NEOCD.BIN => Now big question does it still need the neocdpsp.ini?

I Also included the readme in the instructions folder.

So get the NEOCD.bin and put it in the folder with the other files from the packgen and voila!

hope that helped guys :)

Try it out and give me an update.
