Bioshock:Did Sander Cohen Respawn?

I killed cohen back at where the people where dancing took a picture of his dead body got the achievement and went in his
room got the other and just yesterday i was at fort frolic playing with proximity mines....and after they blow up the
whole place went red and then a Houdini Splicer came out of no where i killed him then i noticed it was cohen and that
freaked me out a little

Holy crap! Maybe that's some sort of easter egg or something. I haven't heard of that before. Are you sure you saved the game though? - maybe you played it twice...

no i kinda burned his masterpiece with the mines and he just comes back even if you kill him before, my friend
said that can happen
