Well I use google to make an easy web page, you can use that too at first to get the feel of how one might work. However, you will want to actually get into detail with the site and get more familiar with the html so you'd need to use some other hosting service, maybe freewebs or something. I don't have any external programs or anything for what I have but you might need something for a 'real' site. Well heres an example of a googlepage: here I guess it is ok to show him what a googlepage can look like, but you can use different layouts and backgrounds and all sorts of stuff. Google just simplifies it greatly. You can use this to basically make a blog-type thing.

<style type="text/css">
body
(
background-image: url('http://img100.imageshack.us/img100/9944/sakuraou3.jpg');
background-repeat: no-repeat
)
</style>

</head>

<body>
does this work?
</body>

</html>

Yea, put some good game reviews on there, and tutorials if you have any. Different downloads for mods and stuff, gamesaves. News to the latest games and upcoming release dates. And you can put ads for mod chips and stuff, that would help. Just make sure you have enough stuff in your site.

Ah ok, well if you want, you can have someone else upload them for you and put the links to the downloads on your site, so it doesn't lead to another site.
