Description: Prxdecrypter 1.4b, a mod of psardumper, by jas0nuk is said to decrypt individual firmware modules from all known retail firmware from version 1.00 to 3.51 in addition to modules from all current retail games PRXs. The biggest update: it can now decompress M33 custom firmware modules.<br><br>A few problems were found with the vshmain.prx of 3.51 and a few other modules since Sony changed the format. Thus it no longer checksums correctly. If you've been using an older version of Prxdecrypter, here are the change logs from the last version:<br><br>CHANGELOG:<br>1.4 --> 1.4b<br>M33 decompression fixed; no longer interferes with official PRXs<br>Source cleanup<br><br>1.3 --> 1.4<br>Decompresses PRXs from 3.51 M33 custom firmware<br>Improved error handling<br>Already decrypted files are skipped<br>Files with unknown headers are skipped<br>Files that produced odd output are deleted to prevent memory stick corruption<br>Improved path handling (hopefully no more strange "Unable to open file" problems)<br><br>As with most applications, be sure to go over the read me file very thorughly before doing anything to avoid any untoward incidents.
