games

i have downloaded some games from the d'load section but i cant get them to play on my psp. I have fallowed the reedmes but it just wont load the games and it shows me this message "The game could not be stated (80020148)" is there some one out there that can help???

Those aren't games. There game saves.

I'm pretty sure he's talking about the homebrew games @ yumiko

Anyways, do you have custom firmware installed?

Ohhh, he mention the download section, so I thought he was reffering to PSPbrew's dl section. =P

Alright So if its homebrew what you gatta do is open the Recovery Setup.. Do this by holding 'R' While turning on the psp. Then go to a menu in it and set the homebrew thing to 1.5 I dont remember exactly how but thats ur problem..Id tell you full details but i dont have a psp atm cause a jerk stole it.

will the firm ware solve the problem and wich firmware do i need?, sorry to hear about the psp theft it has happened to me

If you're using the regular Sony firmware then yes you'll need to use pandoras battery to bring your psp to custom firmware. You can find tutorials for this stuff in our tutorial section.
