Check again the System Software to see if it is really cfw5.00m33 and the game (iso) file should ONLY be in the ROOT/ISO folder. Make sure the .iso file is correct too and not a corrupted one.

Well not that I check it I might be the iso, but I googled my question and thought I should get fastloader 0.7 and UMD Emulator V0.8C but I get five corrupted games two are the fastloader eboot's and the other three are the demo.iso from the fastloader and two more from the umdemulator. Do I need these or are they more trouble?
edit- yes it says 5.00 M33-4

ok. you dont need any sort of emulator to run iso's on a psp 2000 model with m33 firmware. you just need an iso folder at the root of your mem stick, make sure its a real iso from a real game and put it in that folder
