Can You E-Mail Pictures Off the PS3?

I have a digital camera with pictures on it. I've put them on my PS3 because the card reader on it works, however, my out-of-case PC card reader is not reading the card for whatever reason. Can I transfer these off my PS3?

Note: If this is a dumb question, I'm away from my PS3 at the moment, so I can't fiddle with it. I'm asking so I can prepare for later.
