The main cut is alright, but the blending and colouring needs work, I know he is a dark kind of guy, but this graphic is too dark for my likeings, and the background needs work.

The colour looks, pink, anyways, the font is alright, and I like the "Vincent" font at the bottom. brushes are Ok, other thn that, good job,
