true....very true...but see..if homebrew they dont care..what about emulators...prolly, maybe, maybe not... :?

that might also be why there's no new updates for VBA...because nintendo is preventing it. BUT..then again, sony is a higher rank than nintendo and can do more stuff than nintendo,...but the question still remains...why isnt there an upgrade for VBA yet? :?

I highy doubt Nintendo cares about the emulator scene at all... They are barely scraping the Gaycube Revolution along, so I doubt there in any position to track down some random hacker and persecute him for making VBA...

They are barely scraping the Gaycube Revolution along

I find it interesting you know that when they've yet to release the specs on the system.

I know they didn't release them, thats why they are barely scraping it along. What I meant was that they are prolly not very far in the development of the system if they cant even give solid specs, which would imply that it is barely being scraped along.

EDIT: If we have some pro-Nintendo people in here, I dont wanna start flame wars. We can all have our opinions, but lets not argue over them.

if im hearing yuo correctly, then from my point of view...i think that the revolution wont be out for about alittle awhile longer, I bet they just thought of the same thing with gamecube... except now they add real sized disk??? I dont know..we'll all have to just wait and see :D
