Speeding up roms

I got a Super mario world 2 rom (all time favorite game) but it seems a bit slow, the music is slow and yoshi walks like hes fighting a current. Is there any way to speed it up?

i tried that game for snes and gba, and it was slow for both of them. it was wierd
