well, i cant get mine to work, it starts fine but when it says to choose connection i choose my working connection and it gets to step 2 of 4 and stops. any help would be appriciated

I hate to rip on someone else's software, but doesn't AFKIM funnel your login information through a third party (bitlbee?) server which then connects you to the AIM oscar servers? If not, I'm wrong, and I'm going to start using it. If so, then this is a huge, huge, huuuuge, HUGE security risk, especially for anyone who uses AOL and not just AIM. Someone needs to write an AIM client (akin to GAIM) that communicates directly with a protocol's servers. BTW, if anyone can definitively confirm or deny what I said above about AFKIM, I'd be happy

well i have a working connection (i said it in the question). ive used it before with my psp, its just that afkim dosent work. any help or another IM program would be great
