What I'd do is use either the 3.03 downgrader or the illuminati downgrader (for any firmware version). You will either need Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories or Lumines in order to use one or the other.

After you've decided which one to use, look in our tutorials section for guides on how to complete the process

Also, once you downgrade that will make your psp 1.50. So we also suggest to upgrade to a custom firmware such as 3.03OE-C or 3.40OE-A, which are the most popular ones. And there is a link to the 3.50 downgrader in my sig.
