I actually have no idea Im trying to make a gameboot and it said to run it in a tutorial im using.

it changes the mph or whatever the file is called to a pmf
its part of the umd tools that were leaked
i like how these things are easily attainable

you'll need the cygwin.dll file to run it too much like pops

Yeah I know for compilation but staxx think you could just pm me the .exe? Cant use torrents for a while.
