This my friends, has got to be one of the most coolest homebrew game for PSP out there! Insomniac197\’s new homebrew game is called 48 hours for a reason after he took the weekend off for his other projects. Its able to both update you\’re score (wifi) to a database and it changes you\’re point of view in the game itself! Now how do
you like that?
* Full 3D
* Ability to change view
* WiFi transmission of player scores to a database to see how good you are compared to other players.
* Player stats are saved
* Ability to modify the graphics and audio
* When on the menu screen a demo of 2 AI opponents plays

We\’ve had A LOT of releases from Pimpstreamer, that its almost insane to not-know what this application is! Well for those of you who don\’t, his name may strike you as odd but DickyDick1969 has created a phanominal app. which easily streams videos from you\’re very PC to you\’re PSP from just a click of a button!

  • Picture copy to memory stick as PNG/JPG (pressing LTRIGGER and RTRIGGER at once)
  • Direct jump to top of dirlisting with RTRIGGER and UP
  • Jump 20 item down with RTRIGGER AND DOWN
  • Fix the auto play bug
  • Auto tag images (=slideshow) (if you select an image without being in playlist, it will play until a non-image is reached)

PSP-maniac is back again with another cool exciting homebrew game. The originality-fanatic in this is quite wonderful, but theres not much to it now. For an understudy, Bug is just where you have a hand squishing bugs as they appear on the screen.

Controls:

down : push hand down.
right : move hand right.

left : move hand left.

select : restart.

start : exit

Yes it was a sad day to see the final version of IRShell, but its time to forget, and enjoy Cpasjuste\’s new PSP Shell: MyPSPShell! One of the really neat features would be to stream any homebrew using PSPLink!
Changelog:

There is a lot of improvements to do, but I\’m working on so many things on it and have so much ideas that it take lot of time. One of the last things I\’ve added is the basic online homebrews/games install, that download 7z\’ipped games via HTTP then install them. Users can make their own online homebrews download site by doing this:

* Make a directory named "games" on your website.
* Put a file named "games_weblist.txt" in this directory.
* In this file, list the homebrew archives name\’s line by line, eg : IrShell.7z

Archives must be in 7zip format and compressed like this :
Archive : xxx.7z
Format de l\’archive : 7z
Niveau de compression : Normal
Type de compression : LZMA
Taille du dictionnaire : 64 KB
Taille des mots : 32
Créer une archive solide : off
Parametres : f=off

That\’s right folks! Version 0.1 has been updated by ADePSP to V0.2! For those of you who are not aware of the application, this module gets implemented into Devhook (Device Hook) and is able to both capture a screenshot, or record yuo\’re actual gameplay of either you\’re umd or ISO! Its that simple! Just install from the readme and start you\’re recording! You can even show a cool little glitch you may know to you\’re friends or family, what ever it is you know this has to be fascinating!!
Changelog:

16Bit Video Support

  • The reason that some games produced purple split screen captures was because they were using 16bit display modes. Version 0.2 now supports this so works with every game we have tested. Thanks to Edison Carter for the update.

Configuration File Added

  • There is now a config file :dhkdcaptur e.ini you can use to customize how the capture module works… You can configure which button combinations do what so it is more compatible with other DevHook modules that use the same button settings… You can control what size the Advanced Video mode records in, change the delay between frames and choose if you want it to overwrite your existing capture files or not.
You can download it from the url below. Thanks again ADePSP!

You thought it wasnt possible for over an entire year! The PSX Emulator build, just wouldnt come..well think no more! Thanks to Yoshihiro, you can finally stop begging and begging for a new build on the PSX Emulator for the PSP!
The great coder Yoshihiro has given us rejoice in the new build, a new state in the PSP Firmware History has just been marked people! Download the build for your\’eself! Please remember though that this only runs on 1.50 firmwares, and it also requires a .BIN (BIOS) file to play it, so go search google to find out where to get it.
You can talk more about it on our forums or you can talk about it at lan.st\’s irc chat
Also, be sure to type in this password: www.pspgen.com

Thats right! You can now record videos while inputting emulation or even running ISO\’s, CSO\’s or heck, you\’re own UMD, it will record it into a .GIF format file with great quality but a bit slow if you catch my drift.

Requirements:

* Firmware 1.5
* Devhook by Booster

Known issues:

* Doesn\’t currently work with all PSP titles due to a few resolution issues but most modern games work. If you see a blue bar when recording instead of a green one the capture will be corrupted. The following games have be confirmed not to work:
o Tekken
o Dynasty Warriors
o Splinter Cell
o World Tour Soccer Demo
* Has been known to crash sometimes if recording when a game is loading. There is no danger to your PSP or your memory stick here although it can be slightly annoying. Just try to avoid recording when games are loading up and you\’ll be fine.

And who do we owe the thanks to? ADePSP ofcourse!

Hopefully, just hopefully this will be able to record sound aswell!

     As some of you have noticed in E3 a while back, PSP was sporting a camera that you plug into the top of it so you can take pictures. Well that fantasy became a reality and the reality is even better than you could imagine. The camera will also record videos. Now our favorite fantasy will be released in Japan for ¥5000! (about 45- 50 bucks). Pictures can be taken at PSP screen size (480×272) or at 640×480 resolutions. Videos will be taken at only 480×272 and will have 30 frames a second for only 15 seconds.

     But besides all that, the camera will come with software and a carry case for your psp. With this software you will be able to add borders, effects, decorations, background music, and captions to your photos and videos among other things, and all on your PSP. And to top it off. We will be able to share pictures and videos via Ad-hoc mode on our psp\’s.

Camera Specs by qj.net

  • Product Name: Camera
  • Number: PSP-300
  • Effective Resolution: 1.31 million pixels (note that actual recording resolution will vary depending on software used)
  • Lens: Wide Angle Lens F2.8 f=28mm (35mm conversion)
  • Recording Distance Standard Mode: 40cm ~ ∞ / Macro Mode Available (Macro Mode Minimum Recording Distance: 7cm)
  • Zoom: Digital Zoom
  • Recording Format: Still Image: JPEG / Video: Motion JPEG
  • Audio Input: Monaural Microphone Linear PCM

Yes thats right folks, today is a day for not strmn nrmn, but for wally as he has just recreated the daedalus concept and brought it into action with his new emulator redo: Daedalus: v1.0 "Spiff Up"!

Incase you may not know, Daedalus is an N64 emulator which inclues many games now that are playable! The games how ever are infact ROMS which can be found on google.
DONT ASK WHERE TO FIND THEM.

Anyways, heres what Wally had to say:

"World is not enough: Not many fixes here except the carpet is red where you start and walls have less black dots, this needs more experience

Diddy Kong Racing: Some Text at start
I\’m trying to figure out why it stays blue,
I think it has something to do with the way the blending is done

These fixes may fix some other problems in some other games, however its not guaranteed.

So basically, while there are many graphical fixes to share, there isn\’t much optimizations done. Wally admits that there sure is still a lot to learn, a lot to implement, but definitely it will all be done (within this lifetime, hopefully). So check out this Nintendo 64 Emulator for the PSP."
