Thats right! Another TIFF homebrew game for 2.7-2.8 firmwares, but its no game, its the amazing File Assistant!!! FreePlay revealed that the speed of this version is amazing. He actually had to slow down the dialogs, just to make them readable.

The developer that brought us Planetfighter for the PSP, HaxxBlaster All of the brushes you see in the screenshot were made by HaxxBlaster and images saved using this application (Yes, you can save your creations too) will be saved in the universal PNG format to save you Memory Stick space and compatibility problems. Although the fact that this application uses images instead of just normal colors may put you off, but this app\’s ability as a drawing tool it is actually quite good. It\’s smooth and the images come out in a very good quality – even when viewing files created in Brushes on the PSP, so move over MS Paint?!?

You may have thought before that Irshell was doomed for the final version at v2.2, but thats a fact, it will remain at v2.2. But thanks to Kajo5, there is now a lua player plugin for Irshell! "This is my first try to post somthing so hello everybody. I created an external EBOOT that loads LUAPLAYER.PBP and automaticly launches the lua script selected in iR Shell. I made an external EBOOT and did\’nt modify the Lua code itself because I think updating and changing Lua versions should be a lot easier now."
You can download it in the link below.

Looks like iR Shell is back, and for the last time. After nearly a year of work, Ahman has presented us with a final version of what is widely considered the best homebrew application on the PSP to date. With some great new features including homebrew organization, Ahman sure hasn\’t let us down with the last version of this multitasking shell. Sadly, along with the final release comes Ahman\’s official retirement from the PSP Scene. I would personally like to thank Ahman for all the work he has done for the scene, and for giving me the opportunity for being a beta tester. And so, I leave you all to the official release of iR Shell v2.2 – FINAL. Enjoy!
To celebrate the final release of iR Shell, I would like to announce PSPBrew\’s iR Shell BrewPack Generator. Which will be up by the end of the night, and will make your iR Shell download much more personal, by letting you choose the skins you want installed on your PSP. Keep checking back for more updates!
