Homebrew developer Richard Sparrow has just released PSPCP v1.0. This nifty little program allows its users to flash custom files to their psp as well as clear up some extra space to allow more room for your flashing needs.

As visible in the picture, the PSP control panel program can:

Flash 01-12.bmp (Background)

Flash opening_plugin.rco (Start  up)

Flash gameboot.pmf (Game start up)

Flash system_plugin_bg.rco (XMB Waves)

Flash topmenu_plugin.rco (icons)

Replace jpn0.pgf with smaller file

Replace gb3s11518.bwfon with smaller file

The replace options allow you to clear up 2.5mb of flash0 space. However, by replacing gb3s11518.bwfon you will get half cut off text in your web browser.
