Seems as though a user by the name of "PSP Fanboy" has gotten his hands on a PSP2, as it's being called. Surpisingly, the system was shipped with firmware v3.60. So instead of going through alot of words, I'm going to go ahead and make a list of some features. Although this is version 3.60, there is yet no real confirmation that the first gen of PSP's will have the compatibility.

• USB Charge function.
• UMD Cache feature to speed up UMD load times
• Video-out function
• Screensaver ability
• More then likely, increased security

And alot more undiscovered/unannounced features. In relation to the video functionality, games are bordered, rendered at 480×272 pixels, and or progressive scan exclusively.
