I know it's been a while, but StrmnNrmn sure hasn't forgot about our Nintendo 64 emulation needs. In fact, this time around, he's even added in an extra feature for us to use. How does savestate support sound? Yea, sounds darn good. StrmnNrmn discusses, in his blog , that he's already implemented the feature and that he needs to work on the user interface a little bit before it's released. He also says that he's excited about having savestate support from a developer's point-of-view, as it will allow him to skip intro screens and work on other issues in a more timely manner. As far as anyone can tell, that's pretty much the main feature of this next release. He does say that there's, "a number of additional optimisations" that he wants to work on before releasing R13.
