BSHT-Vita v1.0.2. Two fixes.

• Black screen and crash at boot. A broken shader cache could stop the game from starting. It now checks the cache at boot and deletes any broken files, so no more renaming ux0:data/shader_cache/BSHT00016 by hand.
• Shells seem discolored. The magnifying glass showed grey or white shells. They're red and blue again, and adrenaline doesn't wash them out anymore.

Extracted with v1.0.0 or v1.0.1? Run the new bsht-extract on your copy again and replace ux0:data/bsht/game/. Part of the shell fix lives in the extracted data, so the new vpk alone only gets you half of it.
