![[PSVita] Halo CE Vita 1.1.1, Tweebbo Vita 1.4.3 and HardRPG 0.4.7-alpha](https://www.brewology.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/psvita-halo-ce-vita-acadee46.jpg)
3 PSVita homebrew apps were updated in the Brewology PSVita Store today:
Halo CE Vita v1.1.1 by BirchWoodGod
Install
Already on 1.1.0 (or a 1.1.1 beta)? Settings > Game > Updates can download it in-game, or install halo-ce-vita-1.1.1-vita.vpk (the same file as halo.vpk) with VitaShell over your current Halo CE. Maps, saves and settings carry over.
New install: you need a Vita or PS TV on HENkaku/Ensō with VitaShell, ur0:data/libshacccg.suprx (run ShaRKF00D once if it's missing), about 1.5 GB free, and your own Xbox copy of Halo: Combat Evolved. Run HaloCEVitaInstaller.exe (attached) or copy the maps folder and default.xbe from your Xbox disc image to ux0:data/haloce-vita/, then install the VPK with VitaShell. For online play also add the 3 Halo PC map files (bitmaps.map, sounds.map, loc.map); the README's Install section has the details.
PC (experimental): halo-ce-vita-1.1.1-pc-windows.zip (Windows 10+) or halo-ce-vita-1.1.1-pc-linux.tar.gz. Unpack anywhere; it finds your MCC install by itself. New and less tested than the Vita build.
Dedicated server: halo-ce-vita-server-1.1.1-linux-x86.tar.gz / -linux-armhf (Raspberry Pi).
Known issue
- ElDewrito server browser: a server can occasionally need a second click to join. Picking it again works; the Classic menus aren't affected.
The biggest update since 1.0: new menus, Forge, friends and parties, online bots, crossplay with today's PC servers, MCC content and a lot of fixes. Install halo-ce-vita-1.1.1-vita.vpk with VitaShell over your current Halo CE; maps, saves and settings carry over. In-game updates: Settings > Game > Updates.

Tweebbo Vita v1.4.3 by Tweebbo
Tweebbo for PlayStation Vita 1.4.3
Play in the same hotel as PC, mobile, Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Switch.
- A three-dot bubble shows above players while they type, across all platforms.
- Jacket sleeves follow the raised arm when carrying or drinking.
- French button hints are translated more completely. Blackjack keeps Hit, Stand and Double; the replay button reads Miser à nouveau.
- Blackjack adds Split for a matching pair, with two hands and an equal extra bet. Split aces receive one card each.
- Quiet rooms reduce drawing work automatically. Input, movement, conversations and minigames retain normal rendering. The HTTP worker sleeps when its queue is empty.
- Retains GoPenguin access information, football, furniture lights and the glowing-furniture fix.

HardRPG v0.4.7-alpha by Asukate
Large window contents
- BLACK SOULS II: opening a weapon-upgrade menu no longer crashes when its list grows beyond the Vita's texture-size limit (issue #6).
- Large editable window bitmaps keep their complete contents in memory. Only the visible region is uploaded for drawing, so scrolling preserves the list, icons, text and selection.
- The same window rendering applies to RPG Maker XP, VX and VX Ace.
- Bitmap coordinates beyond 32,767 pixels retain their full range. Memory recovery preserves oversized contents while reclaiming disposable copies.
Logical bitmaps remain bounded by available memory. Graphics filters and other operations requiring a full GPU texture retain the hardware size limit.
Updating
Install the VPK over HardRPG. It uses the same application ID as earlier releases and keeps existing game folders, saves and settings.
