 PS3 Media Server which hasn’t been released with a “Stable” Beta since March 2009 has released v1.20 for Windows and Linux. They are hoping for a OSX update soon. “PS3 Media Server is a DLNA compliant Upnp Media Server for the PS3, written in Java, with the purpose of streaming or transcoding any kind of media files, with minimum configuration. It’s backed up with the powerful Mplayer/FFmpeg packages.” which basically means if you have music, video, or other media on a PC you can wired / wirelessly stream it to your PS3!
